Understand and Review Requirements
Assessing TORs, TRs, IRs, Trial Cards, etc., support the operational / functional transition of CS S/W Builds from land-based testing to Industrial Testing (procedures), and from Industrial Testing to Developmental Testing.
Provide System Engineering support for CVN 79, LHA 8, LPD 29/30 and CVN 74. Support the review of CS Documentation.
Provide Systems Engineering support for NSWC PHD and PMS 378 to track CVN 79 Warfare System element hardware and software configurations for shipboard installed systems, support generation of baseline letters/naval messages prepared for Combat System Light Off (CLSO) / Stage 5 testing, Consolidated Software Delivery, and PSA transition to in-service, assess installation and integration of Industrial Stage 3-7 Test procedure testing. Co-Lead the CVN 79 CSTR Coordination IPT
MSEA participated in the engineering analysis of the Top Level Requirements (TLRs) for SSDS. This included reviewing, reconciling and realigning TLR that have been assigned to System Integration Events (SIE) events.

Provide technical support for the construction and acceptance of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) ship, a Freedom Class Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) variant. This technical support will be specifically focused on the MMSC Post Delivery Test and Trials (PDT&T) Strategy. Develop resource requirements and overall budgets to support the validation of overall combat system performance Support the development of infrastructure for Ship Integration and Test.

Manage the Test Observation Reports (TOR) Database as the LCS TOR Database Manager in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) events for all SCN ships while assisting the assigned CSSQT Project Engineers.

Provide Technical Lead support for NSWC PHD and IWS 80 to develop and submit for approval the Enterprise Baseline 12 SSDS/SPY-6 TEMP 1910. Provide support to the Chair of the TEMP 1910 weekly Working Group meetings to include working with IWS 80/Ship Platform Managers in alignment of test events with ship schedules. Products include Agenda topics, after meeting notes, action item tracking, IDSK inputs, and incremental draft releases of the TEMP 1910. Provide contractor support for Chair to TEMP 1910 weekly Working Group meetings to include working with IWS 80, IWS 2 and Ship Platform Managers to ensure all agencies are in alignment of test events with ship delivery schedules. Products include release incremental drafts of the TEMP 1910 to allow continued development.

Provide Cruise Missile SME to support Program Office / OTH T&E IPT lead in the execution of the NSM test program. Finalize development of the NSM TEMP for LCS platforms. Work with TEMP stakeholders to adjudicate comments and inputs prior to final draft and signature. Complete development of a Design of Experiments for missile performance. Assist PO/ T&E IPT Lead coordinating with NAVAIR and NAVSEA field activities to execute Performance Verification Test Phases to review and evaluate USN shipboard weapon system requirements against RNoN Raytheon/Kongsberg specifications used to develop NSM. West Coast Liaison for PO / OTH T&E IPT Lead on all test matters related to waterfront shipboard integration testing.
